Season Ticket Holder Money Making Options

Method 1: Season Ticket Holder Punch Cards / Coupons (in conjunction with a Game to Game Lease)

How you make money: This option is designed to go in conjunction with our game to game lease program. We pre-sell the seats to the season ticket holders and issue them a membership card or a special ticket that can be redeemed at any sales location. The price of the seat will be determined by L.J. Thompson, Inc and the school. L.J. Thompson, Inc will send out brochures and post cards prior to the renewal period as well as set up a mini website for the season ticket holders to order on. After the cut off date L.J. Thompson, Inc will cut the commission check to the school.

Method 2: Semi-Permanent Seats or the Rump Stump Program

How you make money: This option is similar to the season ticket membership program however we semi- permanently attach the seat to the bleacher prior to the start of the season and remove them after the season is over. L.J Thompson, Inc will send out brochures and post cards prior to the renewal period as well as set up a mini website for the season ticket holders to order on. After the cut off date L.J. Thompson, Inc will cut the commission check to the school.

Method: Game to Game Seat Rentals

How you make money: This program is a contract between the University and our company. We set a percentage split that is due to us at the end of each month. The school can be in charge of the rentals and use teams such as swim, soccer or track or Thompson, Inc. will be in charge of the rentals and pay the school an agreed upon percentage.

How You Do Game-To-Game Rentals:
--Chair backs are rented at various locations in the stadium from the time the gates open through the first quarter. Fans enjoy the game in comfort. All seats are collected and properly stored following the event.

Miscellaneous Programs

Method: Box Seat Program

How you make money: This program is designed for basketball arenas that have theatre type seating and is similar to the season ticket member ship program. We will pre sell the seats and place them on the seats prior to the first game of the season or we can back a whole section and add the price to the ticket. This program can be done based on a percentage split or can be done based on a purchase agreement.

Method: Lease to Own

Description: This program allows you as the university or organization to purchase the seats by stretching the purchase price over a certain amount of years or months. We DO NOT charge interest at any time during the program so they only thing you are paying is for the actual product it self. This program is great for smaller universities and organizations that may not be able to afford the purchase price out right.

Method: Purchase out right

Description: This program is pretty simple to under stand the school or organization would have the right to purchase the seat out right with only a minimum deposit down and the rest to be collected upon delivery.
